This is my take on a painting by artist Henry Rodas that I encountered in a City Hall display.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken Apr 10/18 in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor and Photoshop.
