Description
Independence Day celebrations bring out the performers and mimes for the countless fiestas that occur in this fine city. I found these guys along the Rio Tomebamba.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken Nov 3/16 in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Cuenca is a World Heritage Site.
