Description
We already had 2 dogs when Cristina saw this poor little female being chased and harrassed by 5 male dogs June 28/16 in Cuenca, Ecuador. She was adamant to rescue this poor pup from her predators and the look of relief on this little dog was a sight to behold. She became a member of our family at that moment. She has made the transition to Colombia with ease and has become the leader in the household. She is one of our consistent dogs that wants to walk or go for a ride in the car. She is also the best hunter and tracks down the nuisances in the yard.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from a photograph taken Oct 21/21 in Andalucia, Valle de Cauca, Colombia, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor and Photoshop.

I had many tears while uploading this one. I am so sad about having to leave my doggies behind when I moved back to Canada. And, THANK YOU for favouring this artwork and for the lovely comment.
