This artwork is derived from a photograph taken November 10/12 near the Rotary market in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains. The availability of fresh, organic food at excellent prices is not a problem in Ecuador primarily because the indigenous people are such great farmers.
