Description
"Street Meat" is the common term used here for the usually delicious offerings of grilled meat from street vendors. Many of us avoid this type of vending unless we can see that they have facilities to wash their hands,.. and many don't. Most go from handling the raw meat directly to handling dirty money, etc, never mind the usual hygiene required while cooking.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken June 23/16 in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Cuenca is a World Heritage Site. Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor.
