Artist's Description
Cuenca is a World Heritage Site and is deservedly one of the recommended locations for retirement for folks on limited incomes. Great weather (most of the time) and a workable cost of living are two good reasons to check it out. This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken Nov 21/16 overlooking Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
