Description
The center courtyard of the Justice building in El Centro has always fascinated me. The lights and transparent roof over the center courtyard are one of my favourite subjects.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken March 8/13 in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Cuenca is a World Heritage Site.
Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor and Photoshop.
