We found Turi at a rescue society near Cuenca, Ecuador to be a companion to our other dog at the time. There were many dirty dogs clamoring for our attention at the fence, however one dog, absolutely clean, was standing back, calmly watching us. Even though Turi was bigger than what we had envisioned as a companion, we have never regretted the decision to take this amazing dog. She is the first to come when I am putting on my shoes in the hope that she will go for a walk. As a result, she gets many more walks than our other 10 rescue dogs.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from a photograph taken July 5/19 in Andalucia, Valle de Cauca, Colombia, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor and Photoshop.
