Description
City Hall is generally aptly called Silly Hall in most cities that I have lived in. The decisions of civic politicians generally leave the populace shaking their heads, wondering what these folks are smoking while they waste our taxpayers' money on frivolous things.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken May 3/16 in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Cuenca is a World Heritage Site. Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor.
