Rio Frio (Cold River) is a favourite weekend getaway for folks in the many neighbouring towns in rural Colombia for family picnics and swimming. This wide, shallow, cold river is a refreshing tonic for the oppressive heat in the Valle de Cauca.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from a photograph taken July 25/15 near Tulua, Colombia, South America nestled in the Valle de Cauca in the Andes Mountains.
