Description
With the sun almost directly overhead at noon at this time of year, so close to the equator, it is easy to tell the time from the length of the shadows.
Cuenca is at Coordinates: 2°53′50.69″S 79°00′16.13″W, so the sun passes directly overhead around Sept 29 and March 13.
I love overhead shots and am very pleased with the outcome of this processing.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken Sept 20/12 near La Condamine in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Cuenca is a World Heritage Site.
Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor and Photoshop.
