Description
The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción), commonly referred to as the New Cathedral of Cuenca is the cathedral church in Cuenca, Ecuador, situated in front of Parque Calderon and its iconic blue domes may be seen from many parts of the city.
The cathedral is surmounted by three giant domes covered by striking blue and white glazed tile from Czechoslovakia.
This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken May 27/16 in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.
Cuenca is a World Heritage Site. Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor.
